D.A.V. Training College, Kanpur was established in the year 1948 by eminent educationist late Dr. Virendra Swarup. The institution was established with an aim to be premier teacher training institution, D.A.V. Training College, Kanpur is one of the oldest teacher’s training college affiliated to C.S.J.M. University. D.A.V. Training College Kanpur is one of the colleges run by the trust Dayanand Shiksha Sansthan, Kanpur. The college has come a long way maintaining its high standards and making a paramount contribution in the field of teacher’s education and higher education for men and women.
